Los seres humanos somos seres sociales y como tales, no escapamos a enfrentarnos a otros. Hist\u00f3ricamente, los conflictos han sido adem\u00e1s un factor determinante en la evoluci\u00f3n. As\u00ed que hay que verlos no solo como un factor de distorsi\u00f3n que provoca una crisis, sino tambi\u00e9n como una oportunidad de cambio, una oportunidad para mejorar y crecer. Los conflictos empa\u00f1an el ambiente y si no se atajan pronto pueden afectar a la <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.es\/sales\/factores-afectan-productividad\">productividad<\/a>.
